Canadian Immigrant Women’s Association (CIWA) is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to empowering immigrant and refugee women in Canada. As part of the Communications and Marketing team, I translated their mission into compelling visuals for high-profile initiatives.

My contributions included supporting the production of their rebranding launch video, transitioning existing materials to the new brand identity, and designing a scalable monthly newsletter template. I also led the art direction and visual design for their annual Adopt-a-Family campaign and created stand-up banners for outreach and community events.

adopt-a-family

For CIWA's End-of-Year "Adopt-a-Family" Campaign, I established the complete art direction and visual strategy. My role involved designing a unified suite of reusable templates and distinct graphics for diverse marketing materials, including digital ads, flyers, and postcards. The goal was to create an emotionally resonant, clear, and professional visual identity consistently deployed across all platforms to maximize donor engagement and drive the campaign’s success.

a new leaf for canada

Calgary Immigrant Women's Association rebranded and became the Canadian Immigrant Women's Association. I was in charge of creating a one-minute motion graphic to showcase their journey throughout the years, which they presented to all the guests at their brand launch event. I also created an outro video to use for their reels to highlight their new branding.
